Martindale-Hubbell Announces Client Champion Awards
We are excited to announce today the launch of our new Client Champion awards, an exclusive recognition that demonstrates an attorney’s commitment to client service based on the quantity and quality of their scores on Martindale-Hubbell client reviews. Fewer than 1% of all attorneys have qualified to receive the award.
We recognize these attorneys because they epitomize the best in client service. The three awards are achieved as follows:

- Platinum Client Champion, the top award, recognizes those attorneys who have received 10 or more client reviews and an average score of 4.5 or higher (out of 5.0).

- Gold Client Champion is awarded to attorneys with six or more client reviews and an average score of 4.2 or higher.
- Silver Client Champion is awarded to attorneys who have received three or more client reviews and an average score of 4.0 or higher.
An attorney’s Client Champion award appears on his Lawyers.com and Martindale.com profiles, in search results on both sites, and may also be displayed on his website, email signature and other marketing materials.
At launch, Martindale-Hubbell will consider all reviews an attorney has received to-date when determining whether they qualify for an award. However, going forward, attorneys will need to continue to receive new reviews in order to maintain their status as a Client Champion.
Unless they are asked by their attorney, many clients won’t know where or how to submit a review. We recommend attorneys contact their clients1 as part of their regular outreach asking them to submit a review after their case has concluded. Clicking the “Write a Review” link on an attorney’s Lawyers.com or Martindale.com profile will generate a link that can be sent to any client.
